Won't be much good until I get a gun (we have been browsing... ). and learn to hit (more consistently) what I am aiming at. Didn't do too bad with the tin cans but I have a cupboard full of them and they are much easier to bag at Shaws that in the wild, I think. <g>
I do, however, have a fishing pole and even know where it IS in the storage building!

Okay.... That reminded me years ago..
~once apon atime ~...
Our girls were hogging the bathroom and Steve had to use the "special powder room" for that emergency.
He said after coming in and washing up... "You can't do that where I was raised with out a knock on the door from the RCMP."
I smiled and said, "True". Then I said, "I can see the travel brochure for Maine now....
~Fishing, Hunting, Ocean views, answers to "nature calls" with out peering neighbors, Maine it's the way life should be." or was for your great great great great great grandparents."
Ok So0oo you and Cindy need to head over to Pokeymoonshine lake and dangle your toes in the water and lean in and steal a kiss.
That way you can finish off your check list.

Just wanted to say I visited Maine for the first time in June of 2007...it was the best experience of my life. I flew into Portland and stayed with a friend on Long Lake to do some gardening for her. I fell in love with the stone lined streets, tall ferns, no billboards or trash on the streets, kind people and the all the creativity there. I loved the old houses with the barns attached and all the red roofs. McLaughlin Gardens (oh gosh, is that the right name??) the shops in Portland and the brick streets. I feel in LOVE with Maine hard and told my husband when I got back...we are moving there someday. He told me it was too cold and I told him I would get over it real quick! For those of you who live there...appreciate the beauty you have in Maine!
