They could make money if Baldacci's DEP would let them run the boiler at capacity. GP could have done the same. GP never would have left if Baldacci's DEP would have let them run the new boiler at capacity.

Default Red Shield - Old Town

Red Shiled's Bangor relative, Hallowell Heat Pumps, also sucked a pile of taxpayer money and told someone last week that some of their production has moved out of state. Ed Paslewski and some of his associate head both Red Shield and Hallowell and Hallowell was touted to be one of the major tenants in Old Town......phonies is the best you can say about them
