thank you! Doing well except for one thing--tripped on the vacuum cord yesterday and sprained my big toe  Hurts A LOT worse than that surgery... I might be home passing out candy tomorrow night instead of out with Jake
We're carving our pumpkins tonight!! We wait so that they don't get saggy. I've got to find the tools and all the goodies The best part though is eating the baked seeds! yum |

I had to share this! I got a picture of our "pumpkin patch" this morning. How does it stack up?  Not quite your natural setting, but the kids from both elementary schools all took field trips there this week, bought their tiny $1 pumpkins and came home to decorate them with markers. They loved it. |

OMG, M! Too many drugs?  I told you to get over all your ailments before I get there. Now, how are we going to go traipsing through the woods and mountains if you're limping?  Do I need to wrap you in bubble wrap? Maybe we can start a new fashion trend!

lol.... that's the worst part! NO drugs at all. Just me being clumsy!! I took a couple of vicadin when I got home on Tuesday, but I was trying to stop the "hangover" anesthesia headache, not the sore throat They didn't work on the headache, and I haven't needed anything since, not even an over the counter anything  woo hoo! Hopefully by tomorrow the toe won't hurt anymore--you know how sprains are, you have the pain, but then that goes and you just can't move it? I'm hoping to be to the just can't move it part by tomorrow night--then I can still take Jake out!! |
