Well, we drove from New Port Richey, FL to Old Town, ME (wasn't us)
Though, it would have been a lot more cost-effective, the way they did it.

LOLOLOL! I don't know, imagine how many pairs of shoes they went through?
It must have been quite a sight for anyone that saw them. Very interesting 7th. It doesn't say how long it took them. Maybe if I leave now.... I'll make it by NEXT Thanksgiving?

Just joined the proud ranks of people who own garage freezers!!
Ours is FULL of the remains of a 240 lb majestic elk.
Now I wished you all lived close by so I could pass out cuts.

Congratulations! DH must be thrilled! I've never tried it, do you cook it like you would prepare any other type of big game? Any recipes you'd like to share with us? Did he take any pics of it hanging? That would be fun to see!
