Oh guess what! I just did my calculations after this morning's shopping trip. Since I started budgeting and getting more serious about saving our relo money, I have cut my Walmart bill about in half! My last 30 days spending was only $568. I'm not sure how, but we're doing it!

Hmmmm, must be why our savings is growing so quickly!

You lose your bricks when you gain a star, then start over with bricks until you earn the next star.

What is the formula for bricks to stars? I've never heard of losing bricks before, although I have heard of being a few bricks short.

I couldn't find a list of the numbers required for bricks and stars. I know I got a star at 1800. It's my marbles I've lost.

An editor called today - can he have an article 10 days early (that'd be today) and I say, "Sure, no problem!" I have a topic but haven't written a single word yet. Proof positive that marble bag emptied long ago.

Is that uh, proof positive of an empty marble bag (I doubt)...or proof positive that someone spends too much time on CD? Of course, I doubt that, too...but just lookit that gold star!

Just razzin' ya!

Do you KNOW how hard you have to talk...I mean work...to get that star! I'm exhausted! The article's finished and I got a pre-sunset hunting ride in with a friend who didn't mind "pulling over if you have to puke, just don't do it in the truck!" God love her!
