There have reciently been signs put in at Devils Head. Its a great place to spend a evening for either a nice walk along the beach, or a picnic lunch. Many things can be found along the beach such as beach china, sea glass, and starfish. Seals are often seen at low tide in the evening playing in the harbor. The devils head thing may be because of the high school mascot? I honestly havent had time to go and read the recient plaques put in at the site.

It's only 1 road past our road, so we go there frequently and wander around with the kids and the doggie. There is a nice hiking trail that winds through the woods that we've hiked a couple of times now. The beach is nice and sandy when tide is out and nice and rocky when tide is in!
It's a great place to play!
