Camps and homes both appear in the residential category. Many camps in Maine have "privys" or outhouses.

Ooooohhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That would 'splain it!!!!! Ok, I'm better now!
I could still very easily be talked into buying a home now instead of building though. If we're building our primary home in TN, we can just buy something there. And some of the homes there are old! I love old homes!!! Just found another on Battery St. Needs some paint and all, but a great view and adorable house. Ugh!!! This is torture!

The home on Woodman has actually been divided into two apartments. The house appears in good shape on the 3 sides visible from the street, but the back side was not rehabbed and needs some work. I would suspect that heating this monster would be expensive. I looked at it last year. It has been on the market for a while. A closer look shows that it needs some work but could be made into a nice place. It's very close to the downtown businesses of Eastport.

LOL, a 3-holer? Who DOES that? That my friend, is not a team sporting event. Wouldn't one have preferred a more private seating area?
Also, which room pray tell, lies just below your lovely seating area? Please tell me it's a shed off of the main house and not the dining room?

Fort Lauderdale mermaid is bashful. I know of a house in Waite that has a working 3 holer. When the power is off and there is no water, a working 3 holer can be a good thing first thing in the morning. It's in an attached shed between the house and the garage. It's also handy when you come in from the garden with muddy boots.
