Default Going with Plan B

Hello all my dear friends on the Maine forum. I have recently had to make a very tough decision - heart or brain! Well, God made the decision for me. Instead of moving to Maine, we are now in Louisiana. This is my original home and my son and two grandbabies are here SO fate brought us here!

My dream of moving and living in Maine gone? NOT a chance. I love Maine, the people of Maine, and everything the entire state has to offer, but the dream is just put on hold for the moment. Got a super job, the people are absolutely wonderful. BUT they know that I love Maine AND want to be there SO in a couple of years or maybe three or four - after the grandchildren get a little older (they are now 4 and 2). Who knows where God will send me.

I have thoroughly enjoyed conversing with all of you on this forum AND if you all don't mind, I would still love to participate.

Take care and stay warm this summer! BTW - it was 106 here today!
I wish I could bottle some of this heat up for "ya'll" to use in the winter.

Love,
Judy

I think grandchildren are a great reason to put plans on hold for a bit! Good for you. We'll still be here and we'll keep the light on for you.

Sorry that things are working out differently, but you know as well as I do that everything happens for a reason. As long as Maine is alive in your dreams, it's bound to happen for you eventually!

Good luck! And buckle down - the storm is apparently changing course a bit!!
