Job Opportunities Lewiston Area
We are still researching Maine areas to see where we would like to resettle. We are coming from MA but want to leave the MA mindset far back in the dust! I was pushing for the Smyrna area but hubby does not think he will be able to find any work and wants to be closer to Lewiston but not in the city itself. We are looking for a farm/rural property. Thanks to inflated prices in MA and buying a cheap fixer-upper when you still could around the Boston area, we can buy a property outright in ME, yet another incentive to go!
So, We want to go ASAP but DH wants a job first. Any suggestions for the Lewiston area? DH is military and has IT and commo as well as a jack-of-all trades in his regular life including truck driving (CDL) and sales. Any suggestions to start would be great. He is a bit overwhelmed with the idea of job searching out of state.
