today my boys learn a verry important lesson.as all men have learnd.
my little girl has come to the cross road.and the boys see first hand what PMS is all about.she was in a bad mood yesturday but this morning she freeked out on the boys.me being an old pro at this said any one that dont wana get hurt come with me.and we ran we ran fast.we made it to the shop just in time.we got in side and i said that was close some one could have got hurt or mamed.my middle son asked what was up with her and i told him the story that my dad told me.when i was done thay all said so dad how long does it last.and i said depends on the woman some are over it in a cpl days and some never get over it.so how do you no whos over it and who isnt.and i said ohh youll no trust me.and allways remember when you get oldre and merried allways have an escape plan.and never let it catch you off guard.

*sigh* I was standing in the public library today with my sobbing 12yo telling me I hate her. She was such a sweet little girl not so long ago.

We came home with no books for my two year old. A few for my 5 year old. Normally we get 15ish books. I had to beat a hasty retreat.

I know of what you speak Ranger.

mainebrokerman has a brilliant future
mainebrokerman has a brilliant future
one episode of "everyone loves raymond" was about his wife's pms, he (ray)actually taped recorded one of her pms tyrades,,then played it back to her,(of course when she denied she actually had it) quite funny!!

some woman have it worse than others,

some pms hints for men
1. dont laugh, or make light of her pms (she will still deny she has it, even if she chases you with an ax)
2. don't call her cybil
3. and never,,ever ever ever,,try to win an arguement, during her pms, a woman has an astounding ability to remember every word, you said in the past 2 years.
4. don't try to reason with her, she will claim she doesnt know why she feels that way,and hates it,,,yet, will try to start 6 arguments with you in an hour,,, you hope company stops by, because for some unknown reason she can still be as nice and pleasant to anyone else.

5. when you hear the words "I feel bloated" RUN LIKE HELL!!

6 pms vocabulary...."never" as in we never do anything, we never go anywhere, you never fix anything, you never want to do anything anymore (always ending with a short growl,,that she isnt even aware of)
"always" as in you always have time for everyone else,,but not ME!! you ALWAYS work, or work late, you ALWAYS deny you do anything wrong.......

men, try to be understanding during this time,,most of the time, they dont mean half of what they say, if you let it get to you, you will be shell-shocked, and eventually be like the old men in the malls, just staring out in space...

and lastly, stay away from doors,,,for some reason the slamming of a door seems to calm them..even if just for 2 seconds

Two years? You underestimate us! I remember exactly why I threw my husband's supper plate in the trash 20 years ago. "That's not how my mother makes it." He was young. His father never had that talk with him. He didn't know better so I left his head attached to his neck.

Ohhhhhhh. You deserve a lot more than the three rep points I tried to give you. I'll go spread it around and come back. I remember thinking, "just start that first time and it'll only be a few days instead of constant...." Once it happened it became a non-event. I usually have no clue until certain things show up on the shopping list (I no longer need them, TMI!). Having my girls nine years apart has advantages, this being one. I got one out of the house before the evil monster possed the second.

You guys have no idea how lucky you are. I know we're hard to live with sometimes but imagine BEING us! We hate ourselves along with everything else sometimes!

By the way, do these jeans make my ass look fat? (hahahaha look at them all running in fear!)
