We are here!
Only an occassional poster, I'm one of those who feel if you talk about something before it's set, it may go wrong, so I've not said much, BUT, my SO are here at last. Closed on a house in Appleton just this past Friday, and busy unpacking, and starting to settle!
I want to offer up a great big thanks to all whose posts I have read and learned so much from. We've been so hectic, I've hardly had a chance to realize that it's real, and we are here!
Looking forward to all that's ahead, I thank you all again, and offer hope and encouragement to all who are still hoping and dreaming of being here.

I just had to look on the map to see where Appleton is located. Looks like Belfast, Camden and Rockland are in your new playground. |

Thanks to you all for your warm wishes and welcomes! Lawmom--I used to stay in Bayside for a few weeks each fall; you are in a lovely area, too.
We are busy unpacking, settling the cats in, and preparing for the installation of new septic system (fun).
