I know Tom Selleck used to own a home there. May still for all I know. Other than that, I know it's in Maine and on the coast. Not much else.

Default Weather in October & November?

What's the weather like in Jonesport in October & November? Is fresh lobster still available then? Any chance of snow and/or icy roads then? My elderly father is thinking of a vacation but I don't know if that would be the best time of year for him & my mom. They are Southerners and don't like to drive in winter weather.

WHAT? No lobster in Jonesport? Not one? Hmmmm... that's just tragic right there. You must have missed the season.
Better luck next year.

Seemed to be plenty of lobster, just no restaurant to eat them in :-) There was one restaurant, but it was closed for some reason.
