I had MA plates for about 5 years that said, BAHHBR. There were always people trying to figure it out when we were stationed at Ft. Riley, KS, but only one person got it in 15 months.

I got a good chuckle out of seeing a beat-up, but bright yellow Chevy Cavalier with those Wal-Mart "spinner" hub caps that had the Maine license plate, "CSH$MNY." Saw that in Saco.

Vanity plates rock!
I got an oval "ME" sticker a few years ago, but was afraid I'd look conceited, since I don't know how many people here would know it was for Maine. Whenever people guess the abbreviation for Maine, they seem to guess "MA" or "MN".
