Default Looking for land in Ellsworth or Trenton

Hi all,

I am looking for land in Ellsworth or Trenton on or close to Routes 3 or 1.

My alternate location is the Gorham area.

I am looking for as much acreage as possible and would love to find water front/access property pond, lake, river.

I am looking for residential property(15 acres minimum) for myself, a residential development property, and a commercial development site on route 3 or 1 specifically.

I started going to Portland and Mt Desert Island a few years ago and Maine has really captured my heart. I love the lovestyle. Wonderful creativity, self relliance, strong community, and a beautiful country lifestyle.

I am trying to move my parents and extended family to Maine. And start a new life. I'm coming from Mass. We're not Mass holez. haha

In fact I grew up with a Backhoe and guns, we can our own food, we heat with wood, we do it all ourselves- my dad never hired anyone to do anything on our house except some natural gas work, we're woodworkers, we love nature and live on a great lake now, and I build electric guitars. I feel that Maine is a great fit for us and our lifestyle.

So if anyone can recommend any properties or point me in a direction other than the many real estate websites I would be much appreciative.

I would really like to hear from property owners or realtors representing properties in Ellsworth or Trenton.

Thanks guys and gals
Hopefully I'll see you soon!

Thank you for the messages I have received.

I am also looking in Gorham and would appreciate good contacts for that area as well.
