My wife and I signed a buyer agent agreement 34 days ago. We are not happy with our realtor. Without going into details, we want to break all ties with this person. This realtor has only shown us one house. Are we stuck working under the terms of this agreement?

If you signed the standard Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement and the real estate agency practices Appointed Agency, you have a contract between the agency and yourself. You can contact the Designated Broker of that firm and have another agent appointed. If you're not sure, send me a PM and I'll help.
