I'm making chicken noodle soup, bread, a couple of pies, coffee, hot chocolate and cider. RHB is making bread. Bewitched is making cheese cake. Molly's thinking about a little bit of several things.

I've been looking at brush this week. It's dark green and waxy, the way it should be.

boohoohoo! Sounds like the meal I'll be missing this year will be as awesome as the company! Next year......... next year, I'll make my home-made Wassail and Parisian Hot Cocoa.

M, you can spike the Wassail, but the cocoa will be closely guarded!!

OMG! You know how some visuals and some thought patterns provoke physical sensory responses? There's a name for it, but I don't remember it....I just hit submit on this response, and suddenly smelled pine! How weird!!!

Maine Writer - what a beautiful and generous gesture. I wish I could come meet you and build a beautiful balsam wreath. How cool!

Surprises are good, Peachie! I'll make gingerbread if you want, and lots of fresh whipped cream.

Well... I'm only a little over 3,100 miles away... I guess I could start driving now and get there in about 2 or 3 days? (I'm in Oregon! :P)
