I love it there too. I'll DM you his website. He's a photographer. The blackbird will go and most likely join another flock. Instinct will keep him moving.

It was 61 in Eastport yesterday according to weather.com and partially sunny and here it was blustery, windy and 42 - that's so not fair.

Hey, we were down to 38 here in Florida this morning. Frost on everything and ice on the roof of my truck. Hopefully that will kill some of the plants and their pollen this time of year. My DW, MeNME has allergies and once the folliage gets gone they get better. the mountains of NC had snow, and the ski slopes are opening. Freezing termperatures all the way down to Charlotte NC.

Corgis, I have found that the weather reports for Eastport are off quite a bit. I talk to Eastport occasionally, and they never agree with what the weather says they are having. When I check the actual reporting station, where most weather reports for Eastport come from is St. Stephen NB. I know there is a weather station in Pleasant Point, but it must be for the cable TV.
Weather reported several freezes in Eastport when according to my neighbor that had been no freezes......who knows. I know on the weather channel they pretend Maine doesn't exist.

lol, you are so right about that! If the weather that you're looking at is coming out of Calais, and not Eastport, it will definitely be off. I'm not sure who reports to what, but if I find out I'll let you know. That's another reason Mary Pottle's webcam at Spinnaker was soooo nice!

Yes, I know.....it is a shame it died back in December... Next time I am up there, I will try to get her to let me at it. I see the building Spinnaker is in is for sale. Mary isn't giving up on the real estate game is she??
