Chinese Food in Old Town/Orono/Bangor?
Is there any place in the Old Town/Orono/Bangor area to get good Chinese? I have heard Chinese food in Maine is unique, but I will take anything that is somewhat good.
Anyone have any other favorite food places in this area?

There is a Chinese restaurant in Old Town. Between Hannaford and Aubuchon. I do not recommend it though. But try it for yourself, maybe they have changed. Let us know.
In Bangor near the mall is 'Oriental jade', they are okay. A buffet.

I liked the Oriental Jade in Bangor. Cape Cod chinese is unto itself, but I found the buffet at the OJ to be kept up meticulously the night I was there and the variety of items for the price was impressive. I think I had a Mai Tai and that was pretty yummy too and had NO influence on my taste buds, honest!!!

Has the Asian Palace II opened up yet on Griffin Road in Bangor? If it's anything like the original, that place would most DEFINITELY be worth eating at.

My Wife got sick after a visit to this place! - I however had no problems, been known to eat anything that stands still long enough for me to catch it though!

One of the best things about Oriental Jade is they do a lot of fund-raisers for childrens activities.

I know it's not Bangor, but what do you think of the one in Brewer in that strip mall near the dollar store?
I went there once, and my experience was good. Anyone else find it okay?
One time visit is hard to say is always good.

I have never eaten there.
That strip mall has the 'Red Wing' shoe store, we get boots there.
