Maine rivers on NPR today
Cleaning up & listening to NPR down here in North Carolina... & heard "Skowhegan, Maine". Say what?!? Then I shut off the water & heard "Penobscot River". No way...
This hour is a show called The Story, & they're talking about the environmental cleanups since the days of floating logs down the rivers. Interesting!
If anyone is curious, you can listen online at More from WUNC & NPR — North Carolina Public Radio WUNC
Or you could go to NPR : National Public Radio : News & Analysis, World, US, Music & Arts to download today's show &/or subscribe to podcast.

That was on the local Miami news too. I LOVED it! I was so proud and had to call all my friends here to see if they saw it! They thought I was such a 'tard' for being so excited about something they thought was so ridiculous!
I can't believe they don't find something like that fun and entertaining!
Different strokes, I guess.
