Default What I'm Thankful for....

I'm thankful the the temperature in the garage is 37 degrees so that we can put all the leftovers in it that won't fit in the icebox.

Ahhhh, sweet memories of cold garages in Maine winters.......

I would put out our daughter's cloth diapers to freeze so we would not have to endure the odor!!!

I have some things I know I'm not thankful for, but for a time... just like today, I am Thankful for my family, that my mom is a shining light for me. Thankful for the new friends I have made and kept this year.

I am unthankful for......
Never mind. It's a Thanksgiving day.

I'm thankful for a nice, pleasant day with family. And I'm thankful that Brad finally told his mother we're moving in March! Phew!! That's a load off my mind. Now, we can start packing the main parts of the house without her wondering what the hell is going on!

And I'm thankful for *just* enough room in the fridge for the leftovers. They wouldn't fair our 70 degree night!

I'm thankful that my step-brother ATE BREAKFAST yesterday! Whoo hoo! He managed Cream of Wheat instead of Jello. I'm thankful that for the most part, I was whipped cream free while others were covered yesterday. I'm thankful for my family - I have nice kids and a great husband. My dad's health has greatly improved recently. We're grateful for our jobs, our home, the ability to fill our needs and a few wants here and there.

I'm thankful that my kiddos are so sweet! My girls actually offered to fix drinks for everyone yesterday and did a great job! I was proud of them.

Glad to hear your step-brother's improving, Maine Writer! Hope his recovery is complete.

Thanksgiving at your home sounds pretty lively when the pie time rolls around. Does each person get a can of Redi-Whip?!
