Default Euchre- online

Any of you fine cyber friends play Euchre online?

My brother taught me 35 years ago---and I hadn't played for 35 years until this month!!! For sure I am rusty, nut I do enjoy playing online! Usually every night I play 1 or 2 games before I go to sleep- quite relaxing!

I play on grab.com under the name " tukeee" Please look for me

I went to the site hoping for a refresher course.....will look for the robot....Euchre is the game with the right and left "bower" (jacks) is it not? Bidding and some bluffing.....I think we always played 4 handed partners....

Daughter and future SIL came up for T-day, hunting and Euchre. Lots of laughs, all about the bidding (and occasional misplay). The game in this neck of the woods is "Smear". Cribbage making a comeback too. Anyone play "500" or "Bid" Euchre?

Sounds like fun, wordsmith!

The online web site offers Canadian rules and Stick the dealer rules, whatever that is!! Maybe we will play together online someday!

"Smear" sounds vaguely familiar

Asked DW to give a description of Smear; answer "a weird Euchre" (that she didn't take to). I don't know "Canadian rules", but "stick the dealer" means he must play the turned up trump if all others have passed. (I think) Need to check with Hoyle. Have fun! Dck

Interesting site, moughie. The graphics sort of remind me of Yahoo! Games.

If you'd like to experience a little higher graphic level, check out www.hoylegames.sierra.com/ . They offer a variety of card games including euchre with free enrollments, tournaments, etc. You can also customize your appearence with a variety of icons.

Just checked their home page and it turns out hoylegames is a grab.com property. LOL
