We got lots of Christmas trees, hundreds, thousands of them, acres and acres of trees in fact.
They are all decorated now with snow.  |

There is an old Eskimo lady here that swears by her recipe for keeping a tree from losing its needles all through December and into January. I haven't tried it yet, but she dissolves two aspirin in a can of sprite, pours it into the water along with a tea bag or two. Sounds kinda kooky, but she says it works. Can't hurt anyway, right?

I bet that does work! It sounds a lot like the recipe for keeping cut flowers fresh that I've heard for years but never practiced. |

I've also heard that Megan, that a couple of aspirin work well. That and a couple pennies, something about the copper.
I dunno... I'd get up and take a couple aspirin and give a couple to the tree, just to be nice. Whatever... it's all about being in the spirit right? |
