Maineah, it's been in the daily paper down here a few times that even though they reevaluate the properties, they're raising the mil rates to keep the taxes the same or to increase. Many towns in Mass. have seen their tax bills go up about $100 due to this. So far, my town is holding still. Phew! Shhhhhhhhhhhhh...............

If they skrew with us much more we'll burn down the town hall and they know it. We're maxed out.
