Tea?

I like tea.

Tea is made by mixing:
1 part vodka
1 part Tequila [save the worm]
1 part rum
1 part gin
1 part triple sec
1 1/2 parts sweet and sour mix
1 splash Coke
1 pinch peppermint

Mmmm now that is good tea

I remember when I was in college, one guy shaved his head after drinking that one night.

I thought the "Southern House Wine" issue was settled.
If you are north of the Mason Dixon line, or west of the Mississippi (With the exception of Louisiana), you automatically assume that the tea is unsweetened. Or if you're lucky enough to find a Cracker Barrel.
In these same regions, you also should assume that asking for sweet tea will make the waitress look at you as if you just asked her to strip for you.
"Sweetened Instant Tea" is NEVER, EVER, NEVER an acceptable substitute for sweet tea.
Sweet tea (NOTE: Sweet Tea, not Sweetened Tea) is always brewed fresh from tea bags, preferrably Luzianne or Community brand, and sugar is added while it is still warm.
Sweet tea, left in the fridge overnight to chill, is like gumbo--twice as good the next day.
Why don't I just show ya'll when we get moved? I'm stocking up on Community coffee and tea bags on my way up. Me and El will show you how it's done.

I can't do tea this evening.

This evening I am drinking rum. 160 proof Rum with lime and a splash of water. In honour of the events which the past few days represent.

This past weekend was the anniversary of the first nuclear-powered sub beginning it's first mission. The USS Nautilus, in 1955.

And this weekend was the anniversary of the first successful launch of a Polaris missile from a submarine, launching it into orbit, in 1960.

And in 1991 the first cruise missile launched from a sub in a publicly recognized combat mission, the USS Louisville SSN 724, during Desert Storm.
