Cool! See, I can make a joke!
It's only in the upper 70s here today. Sucks to be going to our first big family gathering tomorrow and looking at 77 for the high. Makes it very hard to get into the holiday spirit.
Can't wait for our first white Christmas!! Now I'm going to check out the Portland live webcam and see if I can see some of that snow!

We've got 10" here in Brewster and there's still bands coming through dropping a little here, and a little there due to the 'lake effect' off the ocean.
Tomorrow's storm calls for snow to start here, then we'll turn to all rain on the Cape. That's going to be a god awful mess for sure.
All of you in the north are supposed to get a real nice storm from this one... and you're sure to have a White Christmas! Lucky stiffs!!!

Coastal, you're in Brewster? Wherabouts? I have family who lives on Winslow Landing Rd. (Right next to JT's Seafood off of 6A). We used to rent every summer on Ellis Landing Road.
I heard the snow was rough this weekend down there. Good luck to you with the switch to rain, it's going to be TERRIBLE.
I've been fine with the snow so far up here. I woke up an extra hour early for work today to dig out, and ended up having a bunch of time to kill so I grabbed a coffee at that little purple coffee shop on the corner of Steven's Ave and Brighton (can't, for the life of me think of the name right now) and relaxed, took my time and arrived 1/2 hour early to work. It was a great day. Now, talk to me on Monday and it may be a different story.

Mid coast (Belfast) is projected to get 11-18 inches on Sunday. The most snow I've ever seen before was 15 inches and that was 17 years ago so this is going to be something else! My 1st winter in Maine!
