Wow! Hmmm, I guess we'll have to get up EARLY to dig out on work and school mornings out where we are. The landlady said the three houses on our lane split the cost of a snowplow. I wonder if it comes through early. I wonder if it will bury our van. The driveway is very short between the house and the lane. That may be an issue. How much you wanna bet my hubby buys a snowblower to replace the shovel before next winter?

Well, sometime this morning we went from a watch to a warning When I went out this morning to chase the Lab down I was talking to the lady across the street. We commiserated on the fact that most people seem to think we're nutty for this love of winter we have. She's excited for the snow too. Though it does make her daily walk a bit more challenging with her almost 70 year old legs!

Our snow has turned into an ice storm - WV state government is shutting down at 2PM, in about 10 minutes - then mensaguy will try to get home.

Ya'll can have mine! I thought it was enough snow last year in Caribou, but we are about 20" over where we were last year for snowfall. I guess it just follows me around the Country. The little town I live in here in Michigan has gotten 120" so far this season. It has been MUCH warmer though here than in Caribou. The lowest I have seen it is only -13. I haven't even broke out the cold weather wear yet to tell the truth.
I was speaking to my Brother up in Caribou this morning and he said he had -42 yesterday morning and this morning was a bit warmer at only -30 at his place. His new son was born a couple of weeks ago during the last cold snap when it was -38 overnight. Brrrr.

got enough...got enough...got enough! It's shoulder high to a farmcollie, not counting however much snow is under the path the snow blower made this morning.
