Of all the things that this indivual could be charged with...OUI on a Zamboni didn't come to mind at least to me right off the bat!

When I was a kid in Boston and taking figure skating lessons I observed that the Zamboni drivers usually tippled a little. I never saw any damages as a result. I'd hate to think of going around and AROUND the rink with a hefty buzz on!

Maine can't claim this for a first. As I said, alcohol and Zambonis don't rule each other out.
