It's not a right, it's a requirement. Every town involved in consolidation has to approve or reject their unit's plan.
I wouldn't consider my time wasted if this whole mess blew up in Baldnazi's face. We've done the administration work. We can see where our savings are going to come from or why we won't save money. And I'll shut up

now and go back to work because I've certainly ranted about this enough already.
