Default I love google

OK, so today, while sitting here bored I went to maps.google.com and typed in my lil old town, and low and behold, I can see from the street view. You can see the mountains, the small town life, made me feel funny when I looked at the view of my grandfathers house, I saw the old man sitting in his front lawn watching the windmills on the mountain, makes me realize how much you miss family sometimes If ya'll wanna see it or look at your house (only the bigger roads in maine got it I guess) type in the addy, and on top of the zoom bar, there is a little man who you can click and drag onto the map/street if its available, and you get a 360 degree view, just play with it and you'll see all types of maine landscape

Hi there!

Would you mind posting a link? I've tried it, and it keeps taking me back to regular google maps. Thanks!

Just go to Goggle and click on maps, then type in what you want in the search bar and it will take you there. Not all streets are accessible, but they are there.
Even my little old tiny hometown.

For example type in Ellsworth, Maine and then take it from there. Clear as mud?

Wow that is neat!

From the road I can look right down my driveway. I can't seem to tweak it to center on my driveway. So the best view of my driveway does not allow you to see my house.

The street numbers are all 'off' too.

But it is close enough I guess.
