Rajen, have you guys already lined up a house? I don't remember you mentioning that. Just curious where you'll be.
Can't wait till all of us transplants get settled and get to go have lunch at Peachie's place! |

you may want to give Peachie Tex/Mex receipts, I noted more Texan move to Maine.

Good idea boone! I think maybe enchiladas or tamales will end up on The N&K menu  . Quite a few people have mentioned a good place to get Tex-Mex is needed up here, might be a really big hit.  |

Oh, I'm more anxious to get some of HER recipes! I hear they make some pretty awesome dishes out there. I will share any recipes anyone wants, though. I have some good ones.
