Calais, ME
Well, I had posted earlier, several weeks ago, that my family and I desired to move to Maine. I wanted to announce that I have a very good opportunity for a position in Calais, ME. We are just waiting for the final word. I will be working in Occupational Therapy and we are very excited. We would love any information that you have to give about the town and the area. Thanks for all of your previous advice and words of wisdom.

Congrats! Mollysmiles lives in Calais and a lot of us live nearby. There's never a lack of things to do, it's beautiful and you'll arrive with a built in welcoming committee.

Here's headline for the next issue of The Quoddy Tides--"Texans invade Maine." Hey, we know a good thing when we find it! When are you expecting to arrive, rajen?

We are looking at starting the big trek NE mid Feb. no later than the end of Feb. It all depends on how fast I can get my license through. We are very excited though.
