LAGRANGE, Maine — A local man who was out plowing snow at 3:30 a.m. Jan. 19, noticed that the driveway of a woman whom he knew was ill was not plowed. That brings to mind the thread about 2 months ago with the person upset that the neighbor dindnb't help her husband clear their driveway. Wonder if she's still on here. Here's a good reason.

Yes, I am still on here. I think my situation was somewhat different.It was in the afternoon, we know the neighbor, and we are sane folks that don't shoot at people!

Ya know, it's not as if the plow guy was trying to break in the house. Geez, this validates the saying that "no good deed goes unpunished." They should take the shooters out and put them out of their misery. I would imagine that they were 1) liquored up 2) stoned 3) psychotic or 4) all of the above. This incident gives great fodder to the anti-gun movement in America. What is wrong with this picture? Duh! If you put guns in the hands of idiots, someone can get shot! Mind you now, I don't own a gun, but reading about people like this makes me want to own one just to be able to shoot back.
