MW I'm so sorry.
This really makes me wonder how Red Shield in Old Town expects to open and be running. The market is saturated, buyers have little to no credit, and yet Red Shield has everyone excited about their opening. Maybe something will change in the economy and they won't have to "shut down."

I'm sorry to hear that. I know you guys have been preparing yourselves for the possibility, but I also know the reality is still un-nerving. I'm very certain, however, that you and Steve will work through it. I know your character! I have complete confidence in you! And you know that anything you need, we are here to lend a hand. {{{hugs}}}

I'd heard a rumour to that effect a couple of weeks ago. I didn't hear for how long.

My ex BIL (outlaw?) used to work at the OSB side there. He was nervous for a good 15 to 20 years. Sorry to hear about it shutting down. Hopefully it will just be a bit of time. It affects a lot of people and towns. Sad days.

Until last night it was only rumor. How long depends on the economy. This mill has advantages so its odds are better than most. I hope they make a decision in a reasonable amount of time.
