At this rate, Peachie's going to have to close up for lunch just to make sure there's room for all of us.

Lovemaine, how awesome!! I am so incredibly excited for you and your family! It's finally happening! I am just the teensiest, tiniest bit jealous. Looking forward to hearing how things are going. When do you think you'll be making the move?

Thank you! We are on Cloud 9, that's for sure! Here are some of the towns that have been suggested to us: Hope, Rockland, Rockport, Nobleboro, Thomaston, Union, Washington, Jefferson, Appleton, Camden, and Belfast. Of those, we've visited Rockland, Rockport, Camden, and Belfast. If anyone has info. on any of the other towns, I'd appreciate it! We have 2 school-aged kids (one will be in 4th grade, one in 7th), so schools are very important. I checked school scores, and Rockport/ Camden is rated very high. Hope also had good scores. So many details to work out, but I'm not complaining!!

Hi K-girl!
The new employer is being flexible, but we're looking at moving around June 1st. If through some miracle we sell fast, we'll move at that point. We're keeping all our fingers crossed hoping for a quick sale!

AHHHHHH! I'm so stressed! We put the house on the market a week ago. We've had 2 showings, plus 2 more today and tomorrow. I'm so glad to have showings, especially in this economy. The hard part is keeping the house looking neat and tidy. And when we have a showing, hauling 2 kids, 2 dogs, and 1 surly cat out of the house. Not complaining though! With every showing we're hopefully closer to a sale, and with that we could move sooner than we thought. Fingers crossed, everyone!!

Take deep breaths, let it out, relax.
You are doing fine, the house will sell and you will be able to move to paradise.

I don't know about there, but around here, that many showings within a week quickly spells SOLD! Sending positive thoughts your way!
