Default Foreclosure Properties

Does anyone know if there is an Realtor in the Bangor area that really knows the foreclosure market and is trustworthy? My situation is that I am currently stationed in Virginia but am going to retire in Maine (where I've spent 55 of my 60 years). I'd like someone that I could really count on to scout up possibilities and then I could come up just to look at them. I really need to get something this year so it will be ready when I want to move up next summer.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
