The best place used to be an old guy on the Brewer side of the river that sold lobsters out of a shack for decades. He would package them and take them to the airport for you. I'm not sure how long he's been gone.

Oh, old Izzy has been gone quite a while now, but how I miss him!
It seems to me he passed in the mid 80's but I can't remember now...
He was quite a character - one of my father's favorite "fat-chewers" and I knew him well growing up.
It's been a while since I shipped lobsters, so I'm not aware of how McLaughlin's does it now. They've been in Bangor forever 'tho...
