I'm not sure why it's all being done at once, except that I know it has to be done before the ground starts frosting up and freezing. I wish, too, there was a crossroad between Rt. 1 out here and Rt. 1 out there, since we have to drive all the way into town and then back out again to get to Brad's station in Bailyville.  |

As I understand it the city is out of compliance on its system and has to get the work done as quickly as possible. |
