Come visit Alaska where the dang stuff comes from and you'll feel much better. The lowest ours got was $3.30 for the cheap stuff, it's already $3.43 this week.

Cheapest I've seen in two weeks was at Maritime something or other in Belfast by McDonald's and the back entrance to Hannaford's yesterday.... $2.57. Highest was almost to Augusta on 3... a store on the right was charging $2.68! Guess they bought high and had to sell it off before they could lower the price... otherwise they'd lose a bundle.
