Default CALAIS BICENTENNIAL at the end of July

If it's too damp to set off the fireworks for July 4, maybe they can save them for the bicentennial celebration at the end of the month. The Sylvina Beal is going to sail up from Eastport in the morning and back at dusk. Having fireworks would be pretty cool.

I'm thinking.. but I'm not sure. For Eastport, I think if it's fogged in on the Saturday.. they will either do it the next night or a week from the day. I can't remember.

If you store them indoors, and keep the fuses dry, they should light okay.

I might have a stash of electric ignitors if you still find the fuses are too wet. Unwrap the paper, slide out the fuse, slide in the ignitor, twist the paper to hold it securely, and attach wires from a remote 12v battery.

If you need help, DM me.
