I don't know if he goes that far south, but the most reliable source I know of is Doug Thomas Firewood in Ripley.

My parent's use to go to the fair in Fryeburg... and always left the kids behind. ( It was always their get away)

So0oo I've always wanted to go, but have heard it's hard to get a place to stay or camp while in the area. Is this true?
If I want to plan a trip to go.. does anyone know what's a good plan?
Motel, hotel, B&B, Camping area.. ?

The waiting list for camper spots is several years. If you have been going for many years and you miss a year you go to the bottom of the list. Even the motels in Portland get full. It's a big deal. Try New Hampshire. It's just a couple of miles to North Conway.
