Default Rental housing Bangor

Hi everyone,
I am planning to relocate to Bangor area approx in 2 months. I would greatly appreciate if someone can help me with following info:
1) Are there any apartments or townhouses that someone can point out. I tried to find on the web but somehow was not able to find any.I am planning to rent for some time and then buy.
2) Any comparisons between elementary schools in Bangor, Hampden, Brewer and Orono and also private schools in Bangor.
3) What is the situation of "DUMP" deposits in Hampden and old town. I heard there is bad odor in some parts just beacuse of it and the houses are not selling as a result.
Thanks for your input. I am looking forward to be a part of this wonderful community.

Check with era dawson bradford they are a realtor but also list apts. From what I have been told the Hamden schools are excellent. As far as the dump goes It is sad to say that the biggest mountain in Hamden is Sawyer Mountain
that is the dump you will see it on your way to Bangor it is right next to the exit ramp at mile marker 180 on I95

Hi, I own a home in Hampden, I love it! The school system and neighborhoods are excellent! We are re-locating and will be renting out our home due to my husband's illness. Contact me if you'd like more info. it has 4 bdrms, 1 bath, fenced in yard, pool, modern and super clean! You do not even know that the dumping station is there from our neighborhood, the house is 3 miles from Bangor and one mile to Hampden Academy.

Hi, I am looking for a rental in Hampden. I work at Acadia Hospital and want to move to Hampden. Are you still looking for someone to rent your house?
