Right now there is a very light dusting outside. We will see in the morning if it sticks, and is visible.

We have about 2 inches. It is wet snow and extremely slippery. In the morning it will be a regular winter wonderland.

The snow started to fall around 6pm here on Bailey Island and the power went out just before 8pm. I heard the power was temperamental here but it was only a dusting at that time. Seriously? A power outage?

Then I called CMP and the recording said a transformer was on fire. Go figure.

Obviously the power is back on now. Looks like a solid two inches OF SNOW here so far (emphasis added because of CoastalMaine's previous comment).

I plan on taking photos tomorrow morning (technically it's morning already), I'll post the best one when I'm done with it.

We got about 5 or 6 inches along the coast. Here are a few pics from around the neighborhood:

Not sure how long this will last. Ground is still soft and warm(ish). We got about 5 inches of snow.

Yay!!!! *claps dramatically*

We only wound up with 2 to 3 inches in areas of the yard. My poor little Miata is still in the driveway, covered with tarp and car cover and about 2 inches on her. Poor little Florida car, doesn't understand the while stuff falling from the sky!!

It is gorgeous. I wish I was there to enjoy it in person. *sigh*

Thanks for the photos all. Makes me homesick, even if it isn't my home! Sure feels like it.
