medford/brownville area (land, property, distance)

good afternoon....i have found some land in the schoodic point area near medford/brownville ....it is right on the river....the land is on the inside of the river which goes up, over & down the schoodic point....any disadvantage to this location....there is a bridge...am more interested in wildlife than anything else

any comments would be appreciated

I am quite familiar with this area. The bridge is a one lane bridge. Some of the riverfront property is flood zone and some is nice high ground with a big drop down to the river. The river is canoeable and you'll also see kayaks. Great fishing. Access from I-95 is Exit 217 and go west on Rt 6 a short distance to the River Road.
