It handled really nice on the interstate. It is spending some time with my mechanic now, to fix anything he can see that may be a problem in the near future.

It bounces a lot when empty. I hope that 2 or 3 tons in it will make it ride better.

2 ton would have been fine for me; but the prices are crazy. I kept shopping and shopping. When I found one that I could afford and with the least rust I grabbed it.

More capacity than I need, but the price was right.

Default Bangor is 'best' place to retire !!!

Forbes ranks Bangor as one of best places to retire — Bangor — Bangor Daily News — BDN Maine

I have been saying this for years.

Folks dont want to believe me though

Bangor earns spot on Top 10 Winter Cities list — Bangor — Bangor Daily News — BDN Maine

I had not thought of this however. Among the top 'winter' cities, could be I suppose.

I know this is a little off-topic so here goes Mainers. I was watching one of my favorite shows the other day called Dual Survival and one of the hosts, Cody, said that if you shiver, you will lose 400 calories per hour. So I thought that this would be a good diet for Mainers. Just put your thermostats at 55 and shiver your excess weight away. The Shiver Diet. You're all welcome.

You can do a lot with that truck. It should make a nice addition to your property. It seems that my brothers change vehicles quite a lot too. Just last week I talked to one of them and he has a newer plow truck and is selling his old one to another family member. He goes through cars like water too as he commutes from Dover to Augusta a few times a week. Plus he's always riding a different atv, snowmobile or boat.

I have heard of that show and actor. Some seem to think he is pretty good.

55F is that equal to two logs in the woodstove or only one?

Cody and his co-host thought they were in northern Maine when they saw a boat in the shipping lane...of the Atlantic. Northern Maine...Atlantic ocean. If they had to survive in the Maine wilderness the show would be renamed Dual Funerals.
