Hi:

Does anyone have the name of a company in Portland that will sell me

a 20 foot ocean / sea shipping container that I can place on the PODS

property in Portland, so that I can empty my POD into the container and

have the container moved to the Bangor area ?

I will also need help to unload and load the POD and container.

Many thanks for any an all ideas.

Why not unload into a Uhaul and drive that to Bangor? Will the POD service not go to Bangor?

Thanks for the idea BUT PODS doesn't deliver north of Portland AND I do not wish to unload, load and unload a 16 foot space of stuff. One move and then I own the shipping container and it is in there until I take it out. It's to make the logistics simpler for me.

Keep the ideas coming. Thanks

Worst case scenario, there's a company like pods if not pods, in or near Bangor.

looks like there is a PODS storage center in Biddeford. Instead of buying a shipping container, I'd probably just store the moved POD there until I was ready to move it to Bangor. At that point, I'd rent a Uhaul and help to load/unload it. This way, you won't have to purchase a storage container and the number of times you load/unload will be the same.
