Nice photos show a very clean house inside and out. Polished hardwood floors, nice curtains, plush carpeting.

Can anyone in the area comment on it?

It's in a good location, right on Main Street next to the library, close to the supermarket, schools, etc. It looks like it's in very good condition.
Limestone's a nice little town. I would have to think this property would sell for around $50,000 on the open market, depending on the lot size.

Having a hard time locating it with these online map sites. Some show it being south of the grocery store, some show it north. Anyone have the actual area it's located ? I might run by there and have a look see. I live at the old Loring base so it's not out of my way.

Yes, it is actually south of the grocery store, right by the library. (I'm pretty sure).

I believe that's just the angle of the photo...........that's a fairly steep hill that it's on, so if it WERE tipping at all, i would think it would be leaning the other way!

More photos can be seen by inputting the address into Google, then scroll to The Wall Street Journal link. This is take you to an ad for the auction company. Six photos (2 exterior, 4 interior) are on the site. Looks like a nice place.

On the original link posted if you click on "view more images" right under the image of the house on the right side it brings up another screen with 20 photos of the house.

looks like a nice place. I would say any "lean" you see in the photos are an optical illusion caused by the house sitting on a hill, or from the photographer using a wide angle lens to get the whole house in the shot.
