Big Paper has been the one that out of the blue decided your "99 year lease" was now good for year to year and your improvements were at risk annually if they decided to cut you off at the knees. Big Paper decided that they could quadruple land rents in a single year. Big Paper also doesn't give a flying 6&*9 on a rolling donut what that woman buys up there as long as she pays them top dollar. How disingenuous.

I didn't mean to open up a can of worms here folks-land use is a touchy thing I know. Anyway, I would hope that the Great North Woods never gets closed off to "all human use," but I understand the need for conservation.
