Pg county do have plenty of restaurants now and shopping finally.
From now on PG County residents will no longer need to go out of the county for nice restaurants.

As much as I speak highly about PG County. If you want a dream home in PG county depending on your type of dream home you might want to look at Upper marlboro,CLinton,Bowie,Aquasco,Brandywine,Fort Washington,Mitchellville,Largo areas. These are the areas in PG county with Dream homes

Forestville isn't exactly a good place. It's not the greatest for schools either, But everyone is agreement with this. What is the reason for going to Crofton or Millersville. I think people need to think also gas is high P.G. as a whole is not a bad county, why move almost an hour a way. I live in waldorf. I told myself I'm saving money, but guess what, Exxon, Citgo, Shell, and any kool-aid flavored gas station wasn't having that. Plus Waldorf really is getting too congested. I wouldn't exactly say this was the worst move, but If granted a free pass. I would move in a heartbeat to a closer more convenent place. Can stand long commutes.

So that's it a long commute, has the milege changed since you moved? If you would rather go to a crime infested county as PG that is your option.
If you want me to way the price of gas against one of the leading counties in the state for murder(and who knows what else) ...I'll pick gas.

Giantone, your a very comical person. Crime infested. Wow, P.G. isn't Detroit. I don't know your experiences, well as I read your posts must be bad. I just don't see the point in staying 45 mins or more away from my job. Just doesn't seem like a great quality of life for me. Sure P.G. has it's hot spots bet hey what can you say. It's a good county as a whole and you can get to where you want to in minutes the metro is out there and your set. What's with your cynical remarks about an ever changing county? Your so dead set on harping over the schools and crime. Thanks for pointing that out a thousand times. Your basically saying P.G. is a hell hole and the people are just a bunch of thugs. I'm pretty sure your doing something to change things. Oh wait just a cotton pickin minute your not. If your going to do something try figuring out who is spraying racial graffetti on black peoples houses. Better yet get with the FBI to figure out who set a couple of houses on fire a couple of years back. Yes all this happening in lovely Charles County.
