I'm currently house hunting (which is not as fun as I had originally thought ). Does anyone know anything about the Windsor Mill area? We have been looking in the Catonsville area, mostly older Catonsville, but I stumbled across a couple listings in Windsor Mill and they seem very affordable. Is this because they are in a crappy location? Any opinions are appreciated!

I have several clients that purchased in Windsor Mill. It was affordable for them and also offered them easy travel routes to work in Howard County which is a neighboring county.

Depending on your budget!!!

If your looking to spend under 300 k then go windsor mill
but in todays housing market if your spending over 300k you can find a better house in a better area because its definitely a buyers market!!!

Me personally living in windsor mill, no way in hell!!

I've discovered that Windsor Mill seems to be another name for Woodlawn...so it looks like our search will continue elsewhere!
