Do you know roughly how much you're looking to spend for rent? Do you drive or will you need to explore other avenues of transportation?

Maybe somewhere in the Baltimore area would be best for you?

The Washington area has good public transportation (extensive metro system), however I don't know if it's very affordable. Perhaps you might check out the mta (md) 's website. You might find a two maybe three bedroom near your target price close to the Owings Mills metro, the Glen Burnie light rail stop, or off one of the many bus routes. Check out this Maryland Transit Administration (http://mta.maryland.gov/maps/ - broken link) and also check the schedules because some of the busses only come every half hour or so. schooldigger.com or a similar site can probably give you at least some insight into the schools. Good luck!
